What is the HSFT Club Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Events can be cancelled with full refund based on the earliest of:

1. request received 45 days or more from event date; and/or
2. prior to contracted headcount being provided to venue
   • EXCEPTION: Ticketed events (i.e. Fox, ASO, Cobb) cannot be refunded once seats have been held by venue or ticketed.
3. IF WE ARE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR RSVP, WE CANNOT REFUND YOU
4. OPTIONS FOR HFC EVENTS/TOURS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND:
   • If the event has individually assigned tickets (Fox Shows, ASO Concerts, etc) you are welcome to sell or gift those tickets to friends/family privately.
     • NOTE: It is a violation of ticketing policies to add any amount to any ticket issued under group discounts!! You risk tickets being voided by the venue without any notice and no refunds are issued for this violation.
   • If the event does not have individually assigned tickets, the rsvp CANNOT be sold to non-HFC members and the reasons are:
     • There is no way to ensure the non-member will have and follow meeting instructions.
     • We cannot have our group’s ability to attend affected by non-members not following directions.
     • You are welcome to post availability for sale to HFC members on the website and/or HFC Facebook group(s) and/or GroupMe group chats, but please check with Admin to see if there is a waitlist. We will attempt to help you if we know of someone interested as well.
     • GIFTING UNUSED RSVPS: You are welcome to notify admin of willingness to gift tickets to another family. We keep a private list of families with known special circumstances to contact on short notice. These are families we know to be facing various struggles. Blessing them with gifted tickets are HUGE opportunities for their children and they are so grateful!! It’s always amazing how gifting continues to multiply….families blessed typically come back to blessing others once their struggle is resolved and they are able to do so. If none of these families are available, we will attempt to gift to other HFC families.
